Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from The Metal Detector. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for returns:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Apparel must have all original tags and packaging.
Music and media must be unopened, unless defective.
Limited edition or signed items are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.
How to return:
Contact us at detector@themetaldetector.net with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will send you return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
